		<description>You&#039;re right. That&#039;s why I think employers have a good chance of taking advantage of this tool. Since people are now in the habit of generating content for Soc. Net. (linkedin, facbook...) they could do the same on business driven soc. net, which could add value to the business, cos this time employees will be contributing to the company social media which in this case is owned by the company.</description>

		<description>I wouldn&#039;t say 100% of it is wasted time, but in general I think people spend too much time building content for media properties they don&#039;t own, have no control of.  This is unpaid work adding value to Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.</description>
